- Upgrade to upstream 2.0rc1
- Backport from RHEL-7 to RHEL-6
- Include the -free patch (written by me) to prevent errors caused
by calling the free macro rather than the free() function.
- Fix the build process to work on RHEL-6, with its ancient
auto*, libtool, etc. This requires not rerunning autogen.sh
- Resolves: rhbz1093454
